All services are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of our partner providers.

3. Booking and Reservations

Ser Travel acts as an intermediary between you and cruise lines, resorts, and other travel providers. When you book through us:

• You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the cruise line or travel provider
• A deposit is required to secure your reservation (amount varies by cruise line)
• Final payment is due according to the cruise line's payment schedule
• Ser Travel is not liable for the actions, omissions, or failures of cruise lines or travel providers
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the cruise line

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).

• We accept all major credit cards and alternative payment methods
• Payment plans may be available for eligible bookings
• Prices are subject to change until final payment is received
• Currency conversion fees and credit card processing fees may apply
• Taxes, port fees, and fuel surcharges are additional and subject to change by cruise lines

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the cruise line or travel provider. Ser Travel follows their policies strictly:

• Cancellation policies vary by cruise line and booking date
• Ser Travel service fees and booking fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed according to the cruise line's timeline (typically 30-60 days)
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment

6. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have proper travel documentation:

• Valid passport with appropriate expiration date (typically 6 months beyond travel dates)
• Required visas for international travel destinations
• Health certificates or vaccinations as required by destination countries
• Any other documents required by authorities or cruise lines

Ser Travel cannot be held liable for denied boarding due to improper or missing documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not included in any booking. Travel insurance can cover:

• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Medical emergencies
• Lost luggage and travel delays
• COVID-19 related cancellations (depending on policy)

We recommend consulting with an insurance provider to select coverage appropriate for your trip.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ser Travel acts as an intermediary and booking agent. We are not liable for:

• Actions, omissions, or failures of cruise lines, resorts, or third-party providers
• Loss, injury, or damage to persons or property
• Service disruptions, cancellations, or modifications by cruise lines
• Weather-related incidents or natural disasters
• Medical emergencies or health-related issues
• Theft or loss of personal belongings

Our liability is limited to refunds of payments made directly to Ser Travel for services not provided.

9. AI Concierge Disclaimer

"Ariel," our AI Concierge assistant, provides travel suggestions, recommendations, and information to enhance your travel planning experience. However:

• Ariel's suggestions are recommendations only and not guarantees
• Ariel does not constitute professional travel advice or legal counsel
• Users should independently verify information before making decisions
• Ser Travel is not responsible for decisions made based on Ariel's recommendations

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ser Travel website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Ser Travel and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Harass, threaten, or defame others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false or misleading information
