• You are entering into a contract directly with the service provider (cruise line, hotel, etc.)

• You will receive confirmation directly from the service provider
• Ser Travel is not responsible for cancellations, modifications, or changes initiated by the service provider
• Any disputes regarding services must be addressed with the service provider first

4. Pricing and Payments

Price Display: Unless otherwise specified, all prices displayed on our website are per person in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Ser Travel provides the same rates as the cruise lines and hotel chains directly.

Payment Processing: We accept credit card payments including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment gateways. Your credit card information is processed securely and is never stored on our servers. A processing fee may apply to certain transactions.

Payment Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Any charges resulting from incorrect payment information are your responsibility. You authorize Ser Travel and its payment processors to charge your payment method for the full amount of your booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cruise and Hotel Cancellations: Cancellation policies are determined by the individual cruise lines, hotel chains, and service providers. Ser Travel cannot override or alter the cancellation policies of these third-party providers. You must review and understand the cancellation policy for your specific cruise line or hotel before completing your booking.

Ser Travel Service Fees: Ser Travel charges service and booking fees for facilitating your reservation. These fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the underlying cruise or hotel reservation is canceled. Service fees are clearly displayed during the booking process.

Refund Process: If you are entitled to a refund from the cruise line or hotel provider, refunds are processed by that provider directly. Ser Travel will not retain any portion of refunds from service providers. Processing times vary and may take 30-60 days or longer depending on the provider and payment method.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

Your Responsibility: Each traveler is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, travel insurance documents, and any other required permits or certifications. Ser Travel is not responsible for obtaining these documents on your behalf.

Passport Requirements: A valid passport is required for all international cruises and most hotel stays outside the United States. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended travel dates. It is your responsibility to verify that your passport meets all requirements.

Visa Requirements: Certain destinations require visas. You are responsible for determining whether a visa is required for your destination and obtaining one if necessary. Visa requirements vary by nationality and destination. Ser Travel recommends consulting official government websites for your destination country.

7. Travel Insurance

Strongly Recommended: While not required, Ser Travel strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance can protect you against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other travel disruptions.

Optional Service: Travel insurance is optional and not included in your booking unless explicitly selected during the reservation process. If you choose to add travel insurance, additional terms and conditions from the insurance provider apply.

Not Ser Travel Insurance: Any travel insurance offered through our website is provided by third-party insurance companies. Ser Travel does not provide travel insurance and is not liable for insurance claims, coverage disputes, or policy cancellations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Intermediary Status: Ser Travel acts as an intermediary between you and service providers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or performance of services provided by cruise lines, hotels, attractions, or other third-party providers. Your recourse for service-related issues lies with the service provider.

Third-Party Service Failures: Ser Travel shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from:

• Cancellations or delays by cruise lines or hotel providers
• Overbooking of reservations by service providers
• Poor quality of accommodations, meals, or entertainment
• Weather-related disruptions or natural disasters
• Medical emergencies or health issues during travel
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest

Maximum Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Ser Travel's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking service fee.

9. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Ser Travel or is used with permission. The Ser Travel name, logo, and all associated graphics are trademarks of Ser Travel.
